amazing family stay!

We had such a blast! we were in a family room. It was amazingly spacious. the swimming pool was refreshing, and the gym had everything i needed for a quick workout. the spa services were excellent, i definitely recommend treating yourself. all the staff were super friendly and always ready to help.
one minor thing, i wish the room had darker curtains. the morning light streamed in super early. it made sleeping in a bit challenging, though i made it work!

amazing viewexcellent food
The breakfast offered excellent food for all dietary needs. I had a meal one evening. Prices were reasonable and the view from the restaurant was amazing! The location provides a quick walk to Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia near the tram station, restaurants, bars, and shops.
The reception staff could be more friendly and smile more.

the location was pretty good. it made seeing main attractions quite easy. staff was helpful answering simple questions. breakfast had a good variety of foods.
my room was not too great. the rooms was small and i felt cramped. housekeeping did the bare minimum. the noise level was high, especially in the morning, disrupting my sleep.

The location is indeed ideal for first-time visitors. It is near both cultural sites and the Grand Bazaar.
The spa was a letdown. The pool was not heated properly during winter. I also had to PAY for a swim cap before entering, a COMPLETE waste since I couldn't enjoy it.
